個人簡介:

張瑜,bevictor伟德官网電子科學與技術系教師,校聘副教授,碩士生導師。主要從事新型光電材料與器件、二維半導體材料制備及其光伏與儲能性能的研究。

  1. 光電材料制備與性能研究

    長期從事二維過渡金屬硫屬化物(MoS2MoSe2),金屬氧化物(MoOxAl2O3SnO2),矽基材料(非晶矽、微晶矽)及其他(石墨烯、鈣钛礦)半導體材料的光、電學性能與光伏性能研究;

  2. 矽基異質結太陽電池

    長期從事矽基異質結太陽電池結構設計、性能表征及優化等研究;

  3. 锂離子電池

    重點開展基于二維材料(MoS2、石墨烯)等負極材料的電化學性能及其锂電應用技術的研究。

    基金項目:

  4. 2023年,國家自然科學基金青年項目,TiO2/MoS2非金屬等離激元在雙面HIT太陽電池光吸收增強及載流子傳輸過程中的作用研究,主持。

  5. 2021年,河北省自然科學基金青年項目,MoS2薄膜磁控濺射法制備及矽基MoS2光伏器件的結構設計與性能優化研究,主持。

  6. 2021年,bevictor伟德官网高層次引進人才啟動項目,主持。
